This is book 6 (with a novella between 5 and 6) of the Soul-Linked Saga Series by L. J. Phillips. In order to really be able to delight in this series and understand the true depth of the storyline, you should definitely read the other books first. If you don't, you will not be able to enjoy this latest installment, which is very engrossing and clever.As with all the other books, romance between the Arima and her male-set is the focus point of the book. In this particular book, Dr. Honey Davis has arrived on Jasan with her husband and daughter with the idea of getting away from their home world of Teriens - a world very regimented and narrow-minded. Both Honey and her husband, Michael, take important medical and research positions, and immediately are welcomed for their important credentials, as well as their psychic powers. The problem is this - Honey is an Arima (fated mate) of the Vulpirans, rulers of one of the nine clans of Jasan. Because she is married, the Vulpirans cannot approach her honorably nor can they mate with her. Honey definitely feels the draw of the 3 men, and in short time realizes what she is to them, but due to secrets in her and Michael's past, she is helpless to act on her feelings.
Amidst all of the story-line between Honey and the Vulpirans, we once again see how they are making discoveries to help combat the Xanti, another race of people that have been trying to take over Jasan since the beginning of the series.
A word of caution - the sex is very graphic and erotic in this series, especially in the beginning books. However since the first two books, the story-line has taken over more and the sex scenes have become less, but these are definitely adult novels.
The world-building in this series is above excellent and extremely engrossing and deep. The characters are well-defined and the romance and sex is above average. I would definitely recommend this series to anyone who enjoys romantic fantasy. The only downside to this series is that it is supposedly drawing to a close, with only one book left. That makes me sad, because I could continue to read these books and be entertained by them for years.

The Soul-Linked Saga is an epic adventure, filled with magic, romance, old fashioned chivalry, lust, murder, and conquests. The shape shifting Jasani must rid the Thousand Worlds of the evil Xanti infestation. The spider like race knowns as the Xanti have enslaved many worlds and stolen their technology. With the aid of "Unblind" the jump points to Xantara, the homeworld of the Xanti, are known and surprise is their most important weapon. Planet Jansan and their allies make an offensive strike. You just gotta read the whole saga. Enjoy!
The Soul-Linked Saga Series is a beautifully written series. Set on the Planet Jansan each one of these books covers a different set of shape-shifter Triplets and their search for their Amira or soul mate. Laura Jo Phillips has a wonderful imagination. Jansen is described as having blue grass and lavender skies. It is not only her descriptions but the world of the Planet Jansen and the other galaxies that she has created, the heroes the women and the baddies. Each of the triplet sets are shpe-shift into a different animal and each has a specific job to do . Each of the Amiras have special gifts which compliment the Jansani. The Vulpiran's are a type of very large fox. It is a world of fantasy, excitement, enthralling and sensual romance. It is well worth reading the books in order as each story connects to the other.
#6 in the soul-linked saga series. I've enjoyed every book in the series so far and this is no exception) Laura Jo Phillips has created a great sci fi universe. This series has a little of everything, magic, advanced technology, evil aliens, good aliens, misguided bad guys, space ships, prophecy, destiny, romance, steamy sex scenes and a great story. Each book is about a different mate-set. You still get to meet and interact with others from previous books. This is a romance in a scifi setting so the emphasis is on the relationship but there is plenty of world/universe building too. MFMM (menage with no MM) If you like scifi menage with steamy scenes thrown in this series is for you.
I bought the first three books in this series as a package. I was looking for a dragon shifter story and Dracon's Woman popped up. I have to say I LOVE THIS SERIES!!! Each book has common elements of course, but the author's ability to make each story unique is amazing! I'm not going to give a run down of what happens in this book because I think there is plenty of info here to do that. I just want to say that the characters are brought to life in such a way that you feel for them and I find myself rooting for them and what else can you ask for in a good book? Also the love scene's are very well balanced with an EXCELLENT story line! The love matches are great, but the whole mystery and intrigue this author is able to create is mind blowing! Can't wait for the next one and I am going to start the spin off Orb series as well! WELL worth every penny)
I absolutely LOVE all of Laura Jo Phillips books and have re-read them many times. I find that her books and the overall storyline of the thousand worlds brings me a sense of peace in this crazy world we live in. We are immersed into a world desperately trying to keep themselves afloat after years of trials and tribulations. Three identical brothers search for the one woman who can unite their soul together and finally bring them the true peace and love they are meant to have. I found myself crying, laughing and immersing myself into this beautiful world. Thank you for such beautiful works of art Mrs. Phillips and for bringing all of us such happiness with your amazing stories.
